Terms of Service
Version v1 · Effective 2026-08-03
Kiroex Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kiroex platform, including our website at kiroex.com, our web application, and all related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Kiroex ("Kiroex", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to both you and that entity.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- not be barred from using the Service under the laws of England and Wales or any other applicable jurisdiction;
- not be located in, or a resident of, a country subject to sanctions that would prohibit your use of the Service.
Kiroex does not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will suspend or terminate it.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including participation in the marketplace and any financial content shared on the platform, complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on receiving or acting on trading-related content.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access most features you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you;
- notifying us immediately at [support@kiroex.com] if you suspect unauthorised access or use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe it has been compromised, or if you fail to comply with these Terms.
4. Description of the Service
Kiroex is an online trading-education and community platform. Depending on your account type and subscriptions, the Service may include:
4.1 Platform Subscriptions
Direct subscriptions to Kiroex at "member" or "trader/educator" tiers, granting access to platform features according to the tier purchased. All subscriptions are billed via Stripe as described in Section 5.
4.2 Trader/Community Marketplace
Kiroex hosts a marketplace in which independent traders and educators ("Traders") operate their own paid communities. Members may subscribe to individual Trader-led communities. Payments for community subscriptions are processed via Stripe Connect, with payouts made directly to the relevant Trader, subject to Kiroex retaining a platform fee on each subscription as set out in Section 5 and in the applicable Trader agreement. Kiroex is not a party to, and does not guarantee the content or quality of, any individual community.
4.3 AI Trade Journal
Members may connect their own trading history to an AI-powered trade journal, which analyses the member's own trades and provides commentary, statistics, and insights. This feature is powered in part by Anthropic's Claude AI models (see Section 4.8). Trade history may be imported via:
- a live, read-only connection to the member's own MetaTrader 5 account through the third-party service MetaApi; or
- manual upload of CSV or HTML trade history files.
Analysis generated by the trade journal is automated, educational commentary based on the data provided and is not personalised financial advice.
4.4 Live Trading Sessions and Courses
Kiroex and/or Traders may offer scheduled live trading sessions and structured courses. These are educational in nature and do not constitute individualised investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
4.5 Forums and Messaging
Kiroex provides a public community forum, per-community forums for members of specific Trader communities, and end-to-end encrypted direct messaging between members and Traders. Because direct messages are end-to-end encrypted, Kiroex cannot access their content and cannot moderate, recover, or provide copies of message content, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
4.6 Broker and Prop-Firm Referral Links
The Service may contain referral or affiliate links to third-party brokers or proprietary trading firms. Kiroex may receive compensation if you sign up through these links. Kiroex does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the products or services of any linked third party.
4.7 Affiliate/Referral Programme
Kiroex operates a platform-wide affiliate/referral programme allowing users to earn rewards for referring new users or subscribers, subject to separate programme terms made available at sign-up to the programme.
4.8 AI Features
Kiroex uses Anthropic's Claude models to power certain features, including the trade journal's analysis, an in-app assistant, and automated support-ticket responses. These AI features:
- generate content automatically and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated output;
- do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice;
- should not be relied upon as a substitute for independent judgement or professional advice.
4.9 Discord and Telegram Integrations
Traders may optionally connect third-party Discord and/or Telegram accounts to broadcast updates to their community. Kiroex does not control, and is not responsible for, content, availability, or security practices of Discord or Telegram.
5. Subscription Billing, Trials, Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Payment Processing
All payments, including platform subscriptions and marketplace community subscriptions, are processed by Stripe (and, for Trader payouts, Stripe Connect). By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Kiroex does not store full payment card details.
5.2 Subscriptions and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and will automatically renew at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5.3 Free Trials
Where offered, free trials convert automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. We will where required by law notify you of an upcoming conversion.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel a platform subscription or a community subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date, and no partial-period refund will be given unless required by law or stated otherwise in this Section.
5.5 Refunds
Except where required by applicable consumer law (including your statutory right to cancel certain distance contracts within 14 days, subject to any exceptions for digital content or services that have already begun with your consent), subscription fees are non-refundable. Refund requests should be sent to [billing@kiroex.com] and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5.6 Platform Fee
Kiroex retains a platform fee on each community subscription processed through the marketplace, deducted from the amount otherwise payable to the Trader via Stripe Connect. The applicable fee percentage is disclosed to Traders in their Trader agreement and/or dashboard and may be updated from time to time on reasonable notice.
5.7 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. Where required, we will give you advance notice, and the new price will take effect from your next renewal unless you cancel beforehand.
6. Trader-Specific Terms
These provisions apply to any user who registers as a Trader/educator and operates a paid community, publishes courses, or otherwise provides content in that capacity.
6.1 Revenue Share
Traders receive payouts via Stripe Connect for community subscriptions, net of the Kiroex platform fee described in Section 5.6 and any applicable payment processing fees. Payout timing and thresholds are governed by Stripe Connect's standard payout terms and any additional terms set out in the Trader agreement.
6.2 Ownership of Trader Content
As between Kiroex and the Trader, the Trader retains ownership of the original content they create and post, including market analysis, commentary, course materials, and recorded sessions ("Trader Content"). By posting Trader Content, the Trader grants Kiroex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, distribute, and promote that content as necessary to operate and market the Service.
6.3 Trader Responsibilities
Traders are solely responsible for:
- the accuracy, legality, and suitability of their content and any market commentary they share, which is educational in nature only and must not be presented as personalised financial advice;
- complying with any applicable regulatory requirements relevant to their activities, including any restrictions on providing regulated financial advice or promotions in their jurisdiction;
- their tax obligations in respect of amounts received through the Service.
6.4 No Employment or Agency
Traders operate as independent users of the Service and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Kiroex. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between Kiroex and any Trader.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- present yourself as a regulated financial adviser, broker, or fund manager, or hold out any content on the Service as personalised financial advice;
- provide false, misleading, or manipulated trade data, testimonials, or performance claims;
- engage in market manipulation, coordinated pump-and-dump activity, or fraudulent trading schemes;
- harass, abuse, defame, or threaten other users, including within forums or direct messages;
- upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, or interfere with its normal operation;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service's data, APIs, or AI features;
- circumvent Kiroex's platform fee by directing marketplace subscribers to pay outside the Service;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
- misuse the affiliate/referral programme, including through fraudulent referrals or self-referral abuse.
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including content removal, warnings, suspension, or termination, at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and Kiroex-created content (excluding Trader Content and other user-generated content), is owned by Kiroex or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to Section 6.2, users retain ownership of content they submit (e.g., forum posts, messages, course materials) but grant Kiroex a licence to host, display, and distribute such content as needed to provide the Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our written consent.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 Educational Platform Only
Kiroex is an educational and community platform. Kiroex is not a financial advisor, broker, dealer, fund manager, or custodian. We do not hold client funds for trading purposes, execute trades, or manage investments on behalf of users.
9.2 No Personalised Advice
Nothing on the Service — including market analysis, commentary, signals, course content, live sessions, or AI-generated output — constitutes personalised investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All such content is provided for general educational purposes only.
9.3 Trading Risk
Trading financial markets carries a significant risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance, including any performance shown in the trade journal or shared by Traders, is not indicative of future

Kiroex Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
Kiroex ("Kiroex," "we," "us," "our") operates the trading-education and community platform at kiroex.com. Kiroex is a trading name of [Kiroex Ltd], a company registered in England and Wales under company number [company number], with its registered office at [registered address].
Kiroex is registered as a data controller with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number [ICO registration number].
For any question about this policy or how we handle your personal data, contact our data protection contact:
- Email: [privacy@kiroex.com]
- Post: [registered address], marked "Data Protection"
Kiroex is an educational platform. We are not a financial adviser, broker, custodian, or fund manager. We do not hold client funds for trading, and nothing in this policy should be read as changing that.
2. Scope of This Policy
This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use kiroex.com, our mobile-responsive web app, and related services (the "Platform"). It applies to members, traders/educators, and visitors. It does not cover the practices of independent third parties we link to (such as brokers, prop firms, or payment processors), whose own privacy policies govern their handling of your data.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is addressed briefly at Section 22 and in full in our separate Cookie Policy.
3. What Data We Collect
3.1 Account and profile data
Name, email address, username, password (hashed), country, profile photo/avatar, bio, social links, and, for traders/educators, community and public profile details.
3.2 Payment and billing data
Billing name, billing address, subscription tier and status, transaction history, and — where you pay by cryptocurrency — public wallet addresses associated with your transactions. We do not store full card numbers or crypto private keys. See Section 6.
3.3 Trading and journal data
Trade history you choose to import manually (CSV/HTML) or via a live MetaApi connection to your own MetaTrader 5 account (positions, entry/exit prices, sizes, P&L, instruments, timestamps), and any notes, tags, or screenshots you add to your trade journal.
3.4 Uploaded content
Avatars, chart screenshots, images and files attached to posts, forum messages, journal entries, or support tickets.
3.5 Communications data
Direct messages between members and traders (end-to-end encrypted client-side — see Section 13), public forum posts and comments, support tickets, and correspondence with us.
3.6 Usage and device data
Log data, IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, features used, referral source, and analytics events, generally collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
3.7 Referral and affiliate data
Affiliate/referral codes, click identifiers, and attribution data linking a signup or subscription to the affiliate who referred it.
3.8 Event attendance data
If you register for a Kiroex-hosted live session or event directly through the Platform, we collect your registration details and attendance record. This does not include attendees who register solely through a third-party platform such as Eventbrite, where that provider is the controller of the registration data (see Section 11).
3.9 Discord/Telegram data (where a trader opts in)
If a trader connects their community to Discord or Telegram, limited data (such as your Discord/Telegram username, if you choose to link your account for community access) may be shared to enable that integration. See Section 14.
4. Why We Collect It, and Our Lawful Basis
UK GDPR requires us to identify a lawful basis for each purpose. We rely on the following:
| Purpose | Lawful basis | |---|---| | Creating and administering your account, providing subscriptions you've purchased | Contract (necessary to perform our agreement with you) | | Processing payments via Stripe, BoomFi, or NOWPayments | Contract; Legal obligation (for tax/accounting records) | | Operating the trade journal, including AI-generated analysis of your own trades | Contract | | Providing the in-app AI assistant and AI-assisted support responses | Contract; Legitimate interests (improving support efficiency) | | Enabling direct messaging between members and traders | Contract | | Hosting and moderating public and per-community forums | Contract; Legitimate interests (maintaining a safe platform) | | Importing trading history from MT5 via MetaApi, or via manual CSV/HTML upload | Consent (you actively opt in and can disconnect at any time) | | Displaying public profiles, trade setups, and community content | Contract; Legitimate interests (operating a public community platform) | | Operating the marketplace and paying traders via Stripe Connect | Contract | | Fraud prevention, platform security, and abuse monitoring | Legitimate interests; Legal obligation | | Sending service and transactional emails (billing, security alerts, password resets) | Contract; Legal obligation | | Sending marketing communications (product updates, promotions) | Consent (opt-in, see Section 10) | | Affiliate/referral tracking and attribution | Consent (via cookie/tracking consent, see Sections 9 and 22) | | Broker and prop-firm referral link tracking | Legitimate interests / Consent, depending on mechanism (see Section 8) | | Running Kiroex-hosted events and maintaining an attendee record | Contract; Legitimate interests | | Identity verification for regulated payment services (future) | Legal obligation (see Section 17) | | Responding to legal requests, enforcing our Terms | Legal obligation; Legitimate interests |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered that this is not overridden by your rights and freedoms, and you can object at any time (Section 20).
5. Joint Controllership With Educators
When you purchase a course, subscribe to a trader-led community, or register for an educator-hosted event, both Kiroex and the relevant trader/educator act as controllers of certain data about you. This is a joint controllership arrangement under UK GDPR, and this section sets out its essence in plain English.
- What the educator receives: your name, username, email address (where required for communication), subscription/attendance status, and any content you post within their community or send them directly.
- What the educator may do with it: communicate with you about their course, community, or event; deliver the content or service you've paid for; and — subject to their own obligations under our Educator Terms and applicable law — contact you about related offerings, unless you opt out.
- What the educator may not do: sell your data to third parties, use it for purposes unrelated to their community, or retain it after you unsubscribe beyond what's reasonably necessary for their own records and legal obligations.
- Who to contact:
- For questions about how Kiroex processes your data (platform infrastructure, payments, hosting), contact us using the details in Section 1. - For questions about how a specific educator uses your data within their community, contact that educator directly; their contact details are available on their community page. - If you're unsure, contact us and we will help direct your query.
This arrangement mirrors the data protection terms in our Educator Terms of Service, which educators agree to as a condition of using Kiroex.
6. Payment Data Across Three Payment Rails
We use three payment processors, each handling payment data differently. Kiroex never stores your full card number, card CVV, or crypto private keys.
- Stripe — processes card and direct debit payments for platform subscriptions and marketplace community subscriptions, and powers payouts to traders via Stripe Connect. See [Stripe's Privacy Policy](https://stripe.com/gb/privacy).
- BoomFi — processes certain payments, including stablecoin/crypto payment flows, where offered. See BoomFi's privacy policy on their website.
- NOWPayments — processes cryptocurrency payments where offered. See NOWPayments' privacy policy on their website.
Crypto wallet addresses are personal data. If you pay by cryptocurrency, the wallet address you use is recorded against your transaction. Although a blockchain address is pseudonymous on its own, once it is linked to your Kiroex account it becomes personal data under UK GDPR, and we treat it accordingly — with the same access, retention, and security safeguards as other account data. We do not link your wallet address to your identity beyond what is necessary for payment reconciliation and fraud prevention.
Each processor is an independent controller for the payment data it collects directly from you (e.g., full card details), and a processor for us in respect of the transaction data it returns to us (amount, status, timestamp, partial card/wallet reference).
7. Connected Trading Accounts (MT5, Trade Journal)
If you choose to connect your own MetaTrader 5 account via MetaApi, or to manually import trade history via CSV/HTML, we ingest the trading data you provide: instruments traded, position sizes, entry/exit points, open/close timestamps, and resulting P&L.
- What we ingest: raw trade history as returned by MetaApi or contained in your uploaded file. We do not ingest your MT5 account password beyond what is required by MetaApi to establish a read-only connection, and you can disconnect at any time.
- Whether it's displayed publicly: by default, your trade journal is private to you. If you are a trader/educator, you may choose to make certain performance statistics or verified trade history visible to your subscribers or the public — this is always an opt-in action on your part, and we will clearly indicate what is public before you publish it.
- Verification badges and leaderboards: where we operate verification badges
